Strike Industries SI AntiVenom-XPLC Gun/Weapons Super Lube (Lubricant): Best All-in-One Gun Lube, Cleaner and Anti-Rust/Corrosion Protectant Ever? It May Just Be…But We’ll See.
Speaking of semi-auto combat/tactical pistols, if you want to keep ’em running, you have to keep ’em lubricated…and Strike Industries may have just created the best gun/weapons lube (lubricant) ever. It’s called AntiVenom-XPLC, and it’s billed as “the industry’s most powerful all-in-one weapons extreme penetrating lubrication, cleaning, and protection solution.” Reads pretty good. Strike Industries’ SI AntiVenom-XPLC is the result of “years of research and fine tuning, both on the range and in the lab”, according to the company literature, and the apparent key to the products efficacy is its “extremely high film strength and pressure resistance”, which allows it to keep going in adverse combat-type conditions at very high round count.
The ultimate test for this, of course, are the FERFRANS SOAR, SOAR-P (Piston) and HVLAR (High Volume Automatic Rifle) select-fire/full-auto AR (AR-15) SBR’s (Short Barreled Rifles), carbines and PDW’s (Personal Defense Weapons) that are designed specifically to be able to be run on full-auto at very high round count, thanks to Ferfrans’ patented DSAS/RRS BCG (Delayed Sear Activation System/Rate Reduction System Bolt Carrier Group). If Strike Industries SI AntiVenom-XPLC super lube can handle FERFRANS’ extreme weapons testing, it’s good to go. Ferfrans President/CEO Ferdie Sy just told DR that he plans to test SI AntiVenom-XPLC at the range as soon as possible, possibly as early as next week.
Oh, and DefenseReview (DR) writer/contributor and chief new-product tester Jeff Gurwitch will also be testing AntiVenom-XPLC soon. Gurwitch has used just about every “wonder lube” out there, a major skeptic of new gun lubes, and a great judge of quality products. So, Defense Review very much looks forward to his assessment of AntiVenom-XPLC, alongside Mr. Sy’s. If they both say the new lube rocks, we’ll be sold.
The following information on Strike Industries’ SI AntiVenom-XPLC gun superlube comes from the SI website:
“DESCRIPTION:
Strike Industries introduces the industry’s most extreme general purpose weapons lubrication, cleaning, and protection solution. Strike Industries’ AntiVenom-XPLC is the culmination of years of research and fine tuning, both on the range and in the lab. This heat activated super-lubricant has an extremely high film strength and pressure resistance, and thrives in high temperature, high stress environments where others fail. Safe for use on your polymers, metals, and even your electro-optics and lighting systems, AntiVenom-XPLC’s non-CP based formula combines class-leading molecular adhesion technology with a gentle cleaning agent that won’t harm woods or polymers. Environmentally stable, AntiVenom-XPLC removes all other lubricants and fluids, penetrating deeply into the surface structure of the metal, and forming a protective layer against rust and friction.
Package includes:
– 1x Aerosol Can
Features:
– Powerful lubricant, preservative, and cleaner for all Aluminums and Steel alloys.
– Ionized molecular structure permeates microcrystalline surfaces, creating extremely high film strength and surface adhesion.
– Formula invades and pushes out other compounds, including oils, solvents, salts, some acids, and water.
– Maximum protection from -20° to 500°F. Can operate briefly at temps upwards of 600°F.
– Zero Chlorinated Paraffins and Lead: won’t harm metals stored for long periods of time or exposed to moisture
– Low VOC content (propellant): safer for organic life forms than other aerosol delivered products.
– Hydrophobic, Polymer safe, Dielectric (safe for use on Electro-optics and lighting systems).
