Jeff Gurwitch Conducts Speed-Shooting Drill with New Adams Arms (AA) Piston-Driven Small-Frame 7.62mm NATO/.308 Win. Patrol Battle Rifle (PBR)/Carbine/SBR at the Range! (Video!)
DefenseReview (DR) writer/contributor Jeff Gurwitch just sent us a short video of himself conducting a speed-shooting drill with the new Adams Arms (AA) Piston-Driven Short-Frame .308 Patrol Battle Rifle (PBR)/Carbine/SBR (Short Barreled Rifle), along with a couple of photos and his immediate observations on it. So, we thought we’d share the info with our readers. The following information comes from Jeff Gurwitch via email:
“I was just re-looking the ADM .308 to compare with the AA. Notice on the AA [7.62mm/.308] upper, the front end of the upper receiver flares out to try and match up seamlessly with the Samson rail. Also notice the cut in the [brass deflector] on the AA rifle. I think AA attention to detail has grown. Both touches make the AA look cooler.
The big question of course is how well it shoots and its durability.
I will see.
I also got the latest 5.56mm AA CORE rifle. Now, the upper receiver also flares out and matches up seamlessly with the key mod rail it came with.”
