The UT ATOM Glock Pistol Slide and Adapter Plate System wasn’t the only Unity Tactical (UT) product DefenseReview (DR) perused at the Tactical Night Vision Company (TNVC) booth at SHOT Show 2014. UT rep Josh Grecco also showed us the Unity Tactical UT Fusion Hub (Rail Mount) designed for mounting various and sundry tactical AR rifle/carbine/SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) accessories, including the Unity Tactical UT Fusion Backup Iron Sight (BUIS) flip-up front sight and Unity Tactical UT EXO Mount for SureFire X200, X300 and X400 Handgun WeaponLights.

Just like the UT ATOM Adapter Plate System for Glock pistols, the UT Fusion Hub Rail Mount is pretty ingeniusly designed. Designed and developed to “maximize the use of rail space,” the UT Fusion Hub can be mounted anywhere on a MIL-Std-1913 “Picatinny” modular rail system, which allows you to mount tactical AR accessories to any of it’s surfaces, including 45-degree angled surfaces. It’s a pretty slick little system, and is part of the UT Fusion family of AR rail accessory products.

The Unity Tactical UT Fusion Hub Rail Mount is definitely worth checking out, and you can see it in the video below. You can also see the UT Backup Iron Sight (BUIS) flip-up front sight in the accompanying photos and video (embedded below), which is a nice-looking flip-up front sight, and looking good is half the battle when it comes to tactical firearm accessories, as everyone knows.
