We realize this is very short notice, but Ashbury Precision Ordance (APO) is holding an interesting long-range precision rifle shooting event appropriately called the APO “Long Range Rifle Shooting Experience” in two days on August 1, 2015 (8/01/15) from 9am to 6pm, so if you’re a member of the APO RifleSports Club and can make it out to the Central Virginia mountains, it looks like it will be a lot of fun, AND educational.
Shooting instruction, or “coaching”, will be provided by the “First Couple of Precision Shooting”, Jim and Melissa Gilliland. The 777 Ranch in Hondo, Texas, RUAG Ammunition, Best Targets, Leupold Optics and TorquedMag.com are all participating in the event.
Looks pretty good. Click on this link for more info.
