It would appear that Fulton Armory is currently offering the Sage International M14/M1A Enhanced Battle Rifle (EBR) system/kit (7.62x51mm) for sale on their site. Fulton Armory is calling it the Sage M14/M1A Tactical Stock/Accuracy System.

The article was titled "Sage International, Ltd./NSWC Crane M14 Enhanced Battle Rifle at AFJ Shoot-Out", and it contains a link to an Armed Forces Journal (AFJ) video clip of the Sage International/Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) co-developed M14/M1A Enhanced Battle Rifle (EBR).
