In the near future, DefenseReview will be publishing articles on security and Special Operations (SPECOPS) training currently being conducted for military, intelligence, and private military company (PMC) operators. This type of training will become increasingly important in the 21st Century, as the demand for, and reliance upon, private military company (PMC) operators by Western governments will most only continue to increase in the coming years.
Military security (PSD) specialists, executive protection specialists, private military hostage rescue teams (HRT), private military company special operators, military SPECOPS, intelligence agency special operations teams, and federal law enforcement personnel, all require specialized training to enhance their operational skill set/capabilities and hone and maintain their existing operational skills/capabilities to better perform their missions and fulfill the increasing demand for their respective talents.
